Solenoid Valve

Solenoid valve is an industrial device controlled by an electromagnetic coil, which is mainly used for the automatic opening or closing of pipelines. When the electromagnetic coil is energized, electromagnetic force is generated to move the valve core to control the opening and closing state of the fluid passage. Solenoid valves are widely used in industrial fields, such as fluid control, air conditioning, water system control, and power supply systems. Solenoid valves are also popular in the manufacturing field.

Funktioner

Fast Response

The solenoid valve responds very quickly and the response time required is very short.

High Degree of Automation

The solenoid valve is a highly automated device with a high level of automation.

Low Energy Consumption

Its energy consumption is very low and therefore it is very cost-effective.

Simple Operation

The operation of the solenoid valve is very simple and does not require complicated operations.

Tillämpningar

Bränsle & olja

Jordbruk

Mat och dryck

Gas

Installationsguide

First, remove foreign matter from the pipe and clean the pipe to ensure that there are no impurities. Wrap two turns of raw tape on the external thread. Align the solenoid valve with the pipe connection in the direction of the arrow on the valve body, and leave a certain amount of space for daily maintenance and regular repairs. Tighten the threads by hand first, then use a wrench to tighten a few turns, and be careful not to use too much force. After installation, remember to check whether the connection is tight.

Looking for answers about Solenoid Valve? Visit our FAQ section for detailed information and expert insights.

Kontakta oss
  • Why doesn't my solenoid valve work?

There may be a power problem or the coil is burned out. It is recommended that you check the power supply or replace the coil.
  • Can the flow of the solenoid valve be adjusted?
No, the solenoid valve can only control the on/off state.
  • Are there any precautions when installing a solenoid valve?
First, confirm the specifications of the power supply, the flow direction of the fluid, etc. At the same time, the installation environment must meet the requirements.
  • Can solenoid valves be used in corrosive environments?
If your solenoid valve is made of corrosion-resistant raw materials, then the answer is yes.
  • Why does the solenoid valve leak?
It may be that the seal is aging or clogged by impurities. You need to replace the seal or clean the valve body.
