The installation methods of PVC plugs are usually threaded connection and glue bonding. When using a threaded connection, the PVC plug needs to be screwed into the inner thread interface of the pipe in the specified direction and tightened. Do not use excessive force to damage the thread. If it is glue bonding, PVC glue needs to be applied to the surface of the PVC plug and the inner wall of the connected pipe, and then quickly inserted into the pipe and connected tightly. After completing the connection, please do not forget to check the sealing of the connection.

    We do not recommend using it for gas pipelines, it is mainly suitable for liquid delivery pipeline systems.
  • How much pressure can a PVC plug withstand?
    PVC plugs of different specifications have different pressure-bearing capacities, which are basically between 150-450PSI. You can choose different PVC plugs according to the pressure conditions of your system.
  • Can the PVC plug be reused?
    If it is connected by thread, it can be reused. But if it is bonded by glue, it cannot be reused, which will affect the sealing of the pipeline system.
  • Can PVC plugs be used in drinking water pipe systems?

  • Do you need special tools for PVC plug installation?
